PluXml a stable flat-file CMS made in Fance. Instead of using a database all data is stored in XML files with additional support for media files and comments. The admin backend is quite powerful allowing five profiles for user roles. PluXml is available in eleven languages (French, German, English, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Occitan, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian).
